The "Yuzu Tonic"


📖 Steps

1. Prepare your DCC Cold Brew at least 12 hours ahead of time (ideally overnight)
2. Combine cold brew, mezcal, and yuzu juice in a goblet filled with crushed ice
3. Stir ingridients with a cocktail mixing spoon for at least 15 seconds
4. Top drink with a splash of tonic water (or more if preferred)

*Can’t find yuzu juice? Try a sparking lime, lemon, or pineapple juice
