The "Oaxaca Aperitivo"

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Mezcal
• 0.75 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Amaro Nonino
• Orange Peel

📖 Steps

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.

2. Combine ingredients in the glass and stir for at least 30 seconds. 

3. Rub an orange peel around the rim of the glass, and drop it into the drink to garnish

🍸 Pro Tips

Avoid big ice. Ice melt balances out the strong flavors in this drink, so if you're going to insist on using a big cube for aesthetics, make sure to stir with normal ice first to introduce a bit of water.
